This game is a really fun "pick up and play" game, especially while waiting in line at the grocery store or walking down the hall. I absolutely love the old school graphics for the scoreboard -- sharp and clean with a great retro feel. Nice job!

Wild West and The Deep Pinball are infinitely superior. Get them instead. Youll save three dollars, and get better graphics, better camera angles, better boards, and a more engaging experience.
I was lucky I got this yesterday for free bfore they started charging for it , not worth five bucks but its okay I guess
I was lucky when I got this app for free, but truely if I bought the app with my own money it wouldnt be worth it. I think there should be more pinball boards with this price. Its still fun in the good side. I hope there would be an update with good improvements. :)
With the style of gameplay, retro sound effects, and high quality graphics, I think this game IS worth 5 bucks.
Great pinball app. Five stars as I also was lucky and got this $5 app free. People, get the free app a day app and the free pocket gamer app and check them daily and you will get tons of free app heads up. I am not pluging for them just trying to help people save money. I have gotten like 50 free games in one way or another and about half are really good normaly paid games.
It is too pricey at $5, sorry devs. Decent pinball, and plays great on an iPad.
You guys are my heroes.
I used to play this on my Amiga 1200.
This is a great game, fun and challenging but it often gets tricky and annoying as the balls seems to get to the side lanes too easily. Id be happier too if they could include a five-ball mode.
Sooooo many problems that its not even worth the space on my iPod let alone 5 bucks
I used to play Nightmare on the Amiga a lot and this is a great port. To those who think it should have more boards, the devs would have to create a new pinball that doesnt fit in with the original theme. -1 star because I think it should be $3.99, i.e. $.99 a game. Ill admit I did get this for free and will likely get the other one if/when the price drops a bit.
I have about 10 pinball games on my ipod. This one is still the best.
After getting this for free a while back I feel like it wasnt worth that but the regular price is 4.99, thats WAY too much for this crappy pinball game.
Hi there, this is right now my most expensive application that I installed on my iPhone. Is it worth it? Yes and no. Yes, because it triggers memories of nightlong (14 hours non-stop) playing Nightmare. Very cool. No, because: The levels are very hard to play on the iPhone; the left paddle tents to stick in the "open" position, balls get slammed under the open paddle and bam, they are lost. No fun. The controls are sluggish in Original Difficulty mode. If my Amigas would have been that slow I would have thrown them away. The game is not paying attention to the multitasking capabilities of the iPhone. When the iPhone gets busy with emails in the background, pinball dreams becomes nearly unplayable. Yes, because I loved this pinball above all others I bought it. Fix the annoying bugs, especially the sticking paddle and the sluggish Amiga mode and it will be as addictive as it was before. The moment that you guys fix the issues and thongs work Ill rate you again. Hopefully with a full set of 5 stars as you deserve it. --Kai
It is too bad, I am sorry for loosing the 5 bucks, my time and the space on my I phone. Minus one star!
The ball drains just as little as it should! There is very few pinball apps like that. There is no problems but one. Please set up leader boards. But all the rest, very great! I have got a high score of 17,502,240 on the train one.
This app is masterfully executed. The music is a great remaster of the original soundtrack. I think the controls are pinpoint accurate, and the "advanced" graphics give it more atmosphere than the original (although I still prefer the retro feel.) The classic gameplay makes it easier for casual gamers to pick up and play (not that pinball can be called a hardcore genre, though). If you enjoy pinball or retro games, please consider this app, even if it isnt supported by iOS 5. :3
Freezes on the opening page and will not proceed to game anymore. App was rock solid and never crashed until iOS 7.1 came along. Would you please fix this?
Love the game all the way back to Amiga times, bought it for my iPod but have been using it on my iPad, with latest iPad update it no longer will load....
